Yes, we provide free standard shipping within Australia only, on all orders over $300. For orders under $300, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.
All orders are processed in a timely manner. We aim for 24 hours where possible, worst case is within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. These time frames do not apply to orders that are placed during pre-order or pre-sale.

Returns Policy We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us with your order number and the reason for return, and we will guide you through the process.
