Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us via email at admin@fightrituals.com with your order number and the reason for return, and we will guide you through the process. 

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees for any returned items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is safely delivered. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Exchanges

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we are committed to exchanging it promptly. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with details of the issue to initiate an exchange.

 

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
