MAGNESIUM RECOVERY SALTS

INGREDIENTS

Zechstein Magnesium Chloride, Maris Sal (Dead Sea Salt), Maris Sal (French Celtic Sea Salt), Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salt), Charcoal Powder (Activated Charcoal)*, Spirulina Platensis (Spirulina) Powder*, Fucus Vesiculosus (Kelp) Powder*

THE RITUAL

Full Bath: Add 1-2 cups. Soak for 20-30 minutes.

Foot Soak: Add 1/2 cup. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes.

Use 1-2 times per week or as desired.

MAGNESIUM RECOVERY SPRAY

INGREDIENTS

Aqua (Water), Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate

Each 1ml, equivalent to 5-6 sprays, delivers 100mg of pure elemental magnesium.

THE RITUAL

Spray 5-10 times directly onto skin. Use daily. Tingling sensation may occur during first use, this is normal and typically subsides with regular use. We recommend starting with the soles of the feet and gradually include other areas.

Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, or mucous membranes. For external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
